What is the Girls in Business Camp?

The 2026 Girls in Business (GiB) Camp is a four-day immersive experience designed for female high school students in Years 10 – 12 across NSW who are curious about their future in business.

With the rapid rise of artificial intelligence transforming industries, the 2026 camp is focused on building future-ready skills, equipping students with the mindset, confidence, and capabilities to thrive in an AI-driven world.

Delivered by UNSW Business School in collaboration with industry partners, the GIB Camp gives students a real-world glimpse into what university life is like, exposure to a few of our business disciplines and degree pathways, and the potential career pathways that are open to them:
